UK Toy Fair: Final Gallery
Reported by James on 23 Jan 2013 21:46

It's time for our final set of galleries from the UK Toy Fair which started yesterday at Olympia in London.

Re:creation are known for their popular LEGO Star Wars minifigure torches. 2013 will see an expansion to the range adding four new characters to the LED Lite Key Ring range including C-3PO, R2-D2, Captain Rex and Boba Fett taking the total number of characters to 8 and at just £6.99 each these are great value.  If you prefer bigger torches then Boba Fett is being added as a new Torch Light Night.  All these products will be available later in the year.  View gallery here.

Next up is Revell who’ve been making Star Wars pre-painted snap-together model kits for many years.  Their range for 2013 includes many new products like Anakin’s Jedi Starfighter (1:58) at £9.50 and the amazing X-Wing Fighter (1:30) at £49.99.  View gallery here.

Star Images had lots of Kotobukiya products on display but what caught our eye were Star Wars Stress Toys from SD Toys that stand around 14cm high.  These are available in four designs featuring Darth Vader, Boba Fett, R2-D2 and Stormtrooper and cost around £10 each.  View gallery here.

A relative newcomer to the Star Wars Universe is Together Plus.  Their first product a Death Star Ceramic Bird House has sold incredibly well and they are now creating more of their own products including Kitt-o! and a new range of Star Wars like Russian Dolls for the European market (these are still in the development phase as you can see from our photos).

Series 1 of Kitt-o!, featuring Luke Skywalker, Yoda, Admiral Ackbar, TIE Pilot, Boba Fett and Darth Vader, will be available in shops in the next few weeks at just £1.49 each, you pop, play and display these fun paper based creations; Series 2 will follow later in the year.  View Gallery here.

Uncle Milton continues with their popular Star Wars Science range, always managing to bring educational value to their products.  2013 will be no different with new products including the Vader Voice Lab, Mustafar Volcano Lab, Infrared Force Battle Trainer and a fourth product featuring Yoda and the Peace Ball from the end of Episode I: The Phantom Menace.  View gallery here.

Winning Moves are best known for their Top Trumps products and 2013 will see two new decks coming in the second half of the year from Episode II: Attack of the Clones and Episode III: Revenge of the Sith called Who's best with a Lightsaber? and Who's the greatest Jedi Knight? respectively.  Also coming this year is the very popular Risk game but with a Star Wars twist.  Their new 3D tin sets that feature the Death Star with a deck of Top Trumps inside will be repackaged to incorporate the new Vader design as we revealed yesterday.  View gallery here.

Our last gallery is from Zeon who are introducing a new line of vinyl bags.  If you’re an R2 collector you’ll be spoilt for choice!  The line also includes montage images of Star Wars Heroes, Star Wars Villains and finally a Stormtrooper entering the Tantive IV from the beginning of Episode IV: A New Hope with Rebel Troopers being reflected in his visor – they look great.  View gallery here.

The International Toy Fair in New York starts on Saturday 9th February and we’ll be there to bring you all the news as its revealed.
